Good turnout for Bypass Farm meeting

There were maybe 80-100 people at the Bypass Farm meeting last night. It was a good event with lots of good community involvement.

Neil Davies, supported by Brian Ing and David Jenkins, outlined ideas for the acquisition of Bypass Farm and for its development. It was made clear that nothing has been decided and no decisions would be taken until the community has been fully consulted.

A copy of Neil’s presentation is available. Click here to view it.

Last night was just the start of a process of enabling the community to decide what should be done with Bypass Farm. There will be many other opportunities to provide input including comments on this web-site.

  1. Yes a good meeting. Some seem very anti which surprised me. I’d love to see space for a skatepark, mini soccer pitches and scout hut but I do think the historic artefacts and documents would be better at the library. Thanks for work on the project so far Neil.
