Residents will have received a survey form, which a team of volunteers has delivered to all households.  Included with the form is a return envelope.   Alternatively residents or those working in, studying in, or simply visiting can complete a form online at www.enventure.co.uk/ourhi    The end date for completion is 14^th October 2016
