Although we are due for Parish Council elections this year, it will be a non-contested election on 5 May as exactly the number of available seats have received nominations – 8 for Impington and 11 for Histon. The current membership will retire the fourth day after the election day, and the new Council is elected on that same day

We already had a vacancy on Council, and are saying goodbye to 3 of our current Councillors and welcoming 4 new members

Election of the Parish Council Chairman and election to various Committees will be on the Annual General Meeting agenda for 16 May 2016. In the meantime the current Chairman and Vice Chairman will remain in post
