King’s Meadow consultation

Kings Meadow is for historic reasons a part of the Parish of Impington and therefore falls within Histon & Impington Parish Council’s remit for local Government purposes. It is separated from the rest of Histon & Impington by the A14 and by Orchard Park; it has more in common with neighbouring communities in the City.

Circle 33 Housing has done a good job of planning some elements of community structure and recently the Parish Council has formed a committee with specific focus on the community. This is not an ideal situation and a consultation is being undertaken to determine residents’ views of three options.

The presentation below explains the current situation and outlines the three options for the future.

The closing date for the consultation is 31 Mar 15. Consultation forms are available at the Circle 33 office at 1 St Catherine’s Square and can be returned there or mailed to Histon & Impington Parish Council. Alternatively you can respond to the survey online at https://www.surveymonkey.com/s/VDHT722.
