We’ve had another update from the Highways Agency telling us about nighttime road closures next week.

Here’s an extract from the text of its announcement:

As the work progresses there will be further carriageway closures next week and between Monday 8th September 2014 and Saturday13th September 2014 (Six nights) the full eastbound carriageway will be closed between junctions 31 and 32 from 21.00hrs to 06.00hrs. There will be no closure on Sunday 14th September 2014. The closures will be limited to the above times with two lanes maintained in both directions during day to support peak time traffic flows.

The closures and diversions will be well sign posted and details of the diversions can be seen on the Highways Agency website (click here)

If further overnight lane or carriageway closures are required beyond the 14th September we will advise towards the end of next week.
