As a part of its planning for the A14 upgrade project the Highways Agency is conducting an ‘environmental impact assessment’ and has published a scoping report (click here to read the report – but it’s large). It has invited comments on this report and the Parish Council has submitted a response to the Secretary of State. Click here for a copy of the the response.

Note that in 2008, because levels of pollution exceeded the national objectives for annual mean nitrogen dioxide and daily mean PM10, South Cambs designated the area of the A14 between Milton and Bar Hill as an Air Quality Management Area. Click here for more information about what this means.
