The Annual Parish Meeting is not only a formal occasion with presentation of reports, and also last year's accounts, but is also an opportunity for residents to raise any questions that they wish. All are welcome, and tea and coffee will be available.

As last year, the meetings for both Impington and Histon Parishes will be held at the same time, at 7pm on Monday 14th May.

The agenda is:

1. Welcome and Introduction by the Chairman
2. Apologies for Absence
3. Minutes of 117th Annual Parish Meeting for Histon (held Monday 24th May 2011) and Matters Arising, and Minutes of 117th Annual Parish Meeting for Impington (held Monday 24th May 2011) and Matters Arising
4. Chairmen's Reports to 31 March 2012
5. Presentation of Parish Councils' Accounts 2011 - 2012
6. Open Forum

The meeting will be followed by a short film, put together by Mike Mason, on the last year in Histon & Impington.

The Annual General Meeting for Histon & Impington Parish Council will follow.
