only covers the eastern half (the area where the current buildings are)
is for a smaller number of properties, much lower density
there is more parking
still has some 3 storey blocks of flats
and houses with a second floor - and high roof line directly on Impington Lane
does not keep the historic building at the left of the entrance
does not look at the pedestrian and traffic safety concerns raised previously
The rest of the site - ie behind homes further down Impington Lane will be covered by a further application.
