There's another application in for the Unwins site.

All nearby residents have been leafleted about it - key points from that:

This application:

• only covers the eastern half (the area where the current buildings are)
• is for a smaller number of properties, much lower density
• there is more parking
• still has some 3 storey blocks of flats
• and houses with a second floor - and high roof line directly on Impington Lane
• does not keep the historic building at the left of the entrance
• does not look at the pedestrian and traffic safety concerns raised previously
